Due to differing state real estate license laws and regulations one or the other entity may be licensed as a real estate broker in a particular state. For convenience of reference the term "American" will be used to refer one or both of these entities.

NeighborCity.com is owned and operated by American, a licensed full service real estate brokerage company that actively endeavors to list and sell real estate in each state in which it is licensed. Additionally, American has engaged NeighborHubs, LLC to create, operate and maintain the American web site. American is responsible for the functionality available on the website, which includes content licensed to American by third party licensors. American disclaims any warranties concerning the accuracy, quality, title or timeliness of the content on the American website supplied by American's third party licensors.

While American is a licensed real estate brokerage company, visiting the American website does not, without more, create any agency or brokerage agreement between American and any user, nor any contract or agreement with a user and any other provider of services relating to or arising from a residential real estate transaction. American will render brokerage services to those website users who separately enter into a brokerage services or listing agreement with American.

This website is for the exclusive non-commercial use by persons with a bona fide interest in entering into a potential real estate transaction. Use of this website by others will result in termination of the connection. American is a licensed real estate broker in those states where it provides information on properties for sale.
