Due to differing state real estate licensing laws and regulations one entity may be preferred over the other for broker licensing purposes. If you contact us we will tell you what organization in licensed in a particular state. For convenience of reference the term “American” will be used to refer one or both of these entities.
American has engaged NeighborHubs, LLC to create, operate and maintain the web site. American is responsible for its contents.
Despite American’s broker licenses, use of this website does not result in an agency contract with a real estate broker or agent for the purchase or sale of real estate. And, use of this web site does not result in a contract with any other provider of services relating to or arising from a residential real estate transaction.
This website is for the exclusive use of purchasers and sellers of residential real estate. Use of this website by others will result in termination of the connection. In the event of clear abuse, a visitor or member will be barred from access to the site contents and in extreme situations face civil and criminal prosecution.
American is a licensed real estate broker in those states where it provides information on properties for sale. Although it is authorized to represent a purchaser or seller of real estate, it does not do so in order to provide unbiased information to its registered users. American will not transfer to third parties the personal information disclosed by a visitor or registered user to American without the consent of the visitor or registered user (for more details see our Privacy Statement).
