FEDERAL HOUSING TAX CREDIT FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS
The clock is ticking on the home buyer tax credit. Although there is some rumor that it might be extended, it is only rumor at this point. Any transaction must close by December 1, 2009 as things stand now. First time buyers (defined as anyone who has not owned a home in the last 3 years) can find out the program details on the federal government information site at:
