Commission Fees

Real estate commissions are normally equally split between the buyer's agent and listing agent. The buyer agent is paid from the real estate commission that the seller pays to the listing company. The listing company shares part of the total listing commission with the selling company.
Real estate commissions are negotiable. It is based on an agreement on the Listing Contract between the listing agent and the seller. The Listing Contract is signed by the seller at the time of the listing agreement.
