I am fluent in all aspects of Real Estate and a life long resident of Snohomish County. In addition to my years of experience in Real Estate my back ground includes:
Industrial engineering, project management, web design, PC networking, and Residential & Commercial Construction.
1. My goals are not to do quantity, but rather quality in every transaction I perform. Ethics and professionalism are of my number one priorities. By building "Client for life" relationships through excellence in customer service, most of my business is return clients and referrals.
2. Communication is something I hold in the highest of regards. I keep all of my clients up to date on all activity pertaining to their transaction and or property searches constantly! I run property searches 7 days a week and several times a day. You will always know what's new to the market the day it happens. Whether I have listed your property or written an offer on your behalf. I will keep you informed in a step by step manor that will never leave you wondering, "What's going on?"
3. Whether your buying or selling a home, multi-family, or commercial property. My proven methods will provide logical step by step solutions throughout any transaction. I will work closely with your lender, title, and escrow company to protect your interest every step of the way.
4. As always, I am available to all of my clients from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM in order to provide proper service during the times it's needed the most.
