Out of our Resession?
I am not sure we are in the clear of our recession, I do however know that the government incentive of $8,000.00 has stimulated the home sales across the country.
First time buyer are excited to be able to purchase, with out having 10% or more for a down payment. New Grant programs that have come out such as Home Run, have been very helpful in getting buyers into new homes.
As for selling right now, you must be very careful where you list your home, even 5,000.00 to high and buyers will pass you up without a second thought..

I am a first time buyer, and am in the process of buying a new home. I am pretty excited not to have to put down 10%, but honestly, I wish I had the cash to do so.
