She works with both buyers and sellers specializing in residential, acreage, horse properties, as well as with investors looking to diversify their portfolios in today's market. Karen receives tremendous satisfaction from assisting her clients in finding or selling their most valuable asset. Their needs are foremost on her mind. Assuring that each and every transaction is handled in the most professional, ethical and efficient manner is her utmost goal. Karen Cage is very involved in her mountain community. She has served as the President of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce and was on their Board for 5 years. She is an Evergreen Rotarian and member of this Club since 1998 having served on their Board of Directors and chairing numerous committees over the years. Her love of horses lead her to volunteer for the Colorado Horse Food Bank Organization and serve on their Board of Directors as a Charter member helping get it established throughout the state. This organization assists horse owners affected by the downturn in the economy. Their mission is to keep horses with their owners. Currently Karen is the President of the Center for the Arts Evergreen who's mission is to provide the mountain communities with quality visual and performing art venues. This organization has helped make Evergreen a nationally recognized "arts destination". Giving back to her community and providing the most professional, ethical and efficient real estate services for her clients is of utmost importance to her. Her 3 daughters graduated from Evergreen High School, one of the top rated schools in the country and highly acclaimed for its academic achievements and rating. Karen and her husband live on a ranch in Evergreen with their horses and dogs.
