It appears to me that they mainly handle court-ordered liquidation of assets in order to settle liens or bankruptcies. Much of their property appear to be business assets for companies that are obviously liquidating.

Hi Real Estate Joe,
Yes, you are right. We do work a lot with probate trustees, the bankruptcy court and private and governement institutions to auction real and personal proeprty. We have a monthly personal property auction in Spring Valley, CA and we do regular real estate sales and auctions when the sellers feel that is the best format to sell property. When we sell property from the bankruptcy court, we do not have any reserve and those are the best type of auctions to get a good deal at. Let me know if this is helpful.
