- Bio:Pamala began her real estate career in 1997. Through the years she has grown from consultant to leader of a team of 5 buyer agents. Pamala has also extended her services to assist new and seasoned investors by launching 2 investment clubs; East Bay Real Estate Investment Club and Tri-Valley Real Estate Investment Club which
are affiliated with Regent Investment Clubs.
Through the years Pamala has been able to adapt to the fluctuations in the Real Estate Industry. Most recently, Pamala has restructured her business to capitalize on technological advances to better serve her clients. She employs tools such as online collaboration portals, online meetings, blogs and other web-based tools to help
improve communication and customer service. By embracing these technologies she has been able to reduce office space and partner with a virtual assistant to manage the administrative tasks of the business. These changes have resulted in significant cost savings while also increasing productivity. It’s this keen business sense, and her genuine care and concern for her clients, which has earned Pamala the Pinnacle and Grand Master Awards; awarded to only a fraction of a percent of realtors in the Bay East Association of Realtors.
