Bio: My name is Tom Gonzalez. I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to you, and offer my knowledge and experience in order to be considered the opportunity to be selected as your Real Estate Advisor. rnI began my career in Real Estate in 2001 as a Certified Resid ential Appraiser with The Appraisal Department in Anaheim Hills. I worked with the founder/owner Ken Burke, for four years. I have traveled throughout Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County completing appraisals for various lenders.rnIn 2001, I became a Certified Home Inspector in order to best suit my position as an Appraiser. I have many years experience with current building ordinance, zoning, and legal forms necessary to complete a Home Inspection Report for clients.rnIn 2005, I decided to challenge myself with obtaining my Real Estate License. I began with a small independent Broker in Yorba Linda. My experience in Appraising and Home Inspections has complimented my ability in offering my clients the best opportunity when investing in a home or business. rnCurrently, I am a Sales Associate to Paul Kott Realtors, Inc. in Anaheim. I enjoy working with the community. I am devoted in assisting families find the “home of their dreams.” I find it rewarding to work with first time buyers, with investors ready to purchase secondary homes or commercial property, as well as, returning clients ready to sell or lease their investments. Many of my clients are referral based. I find a referral to be the best compliment I may receive. rnI have ventured into a new phase within my career in Real Estate by selling homes in Short Sale terms, Foreclosures and Bank owned. I currently complete BPO’s and REO listings for US Residential Services, Aurora Loan Services, Wells Fargo, HomEq and REOTrans.
