STOCKTON AREA BUYING TREND
In the past week there has been an increase in multiple offers and homes selling above the listing price.
Hard-hit cities like Vallejo, Stockton and San Bernardino where prices have taken a severe beating, are starting to see a buying surge.
According to Real Estate Data source Altos Research median home prices in Stockton have gradually increased to $139,999 as of May 7 from a low of $130,000 at the end of February.
